I’m Elizabeth Teasdale, founder of Thrive Momma Coaching — and a mom of two amazing kids, Samuel and Marley. Like you, I’ve known the messy mix of joy, exhaustion, and second-guessing that motherhood brings.
The idea for Thrive Momma was born out of late-night scrolls, VW van daydreams, and a stubborn belief that mothers deserve better spaces to grow, laugh, and thrive.
This isn’t a “perfect mom” platform. It’s a real mom community.
