- Self-care guilt, stories, and “good mother” expectations.
- Listening to your body and nervous system.
- Tiny rituals and foundations of care (sleep, food, movement, joy).
- Boundaries, support, and asking for help.
- Soul reflection & your Self-Care Manifesto.
